Taylor recently moved to North Carolina from New Mexico to be closer to her sister and she’s loving life in the South alongside her 3-year-old Toy Australian Shepherd, Maverick and 10 week old Shih Tzu, Maisy.

Raised on a ranch with animals ranging from camels to ostriches to horses and chickens, Taylor knew from a young age that she wanted to dedicate her life to animal care. She studied veterinary technology in Albuquerque and Farmington, NM, and went on to work with a highly regarded mobile veterinary clinic in Albuquerque. There, she gained extensive hands-on experience with both small and large animals—including horses, wolves, and even zebras.

Taylor brings her deep love for animals, strong technical background, and calm, caring approach to every pet and pet parent she meets. She’s excited to be part of the Carolina Pets team and looks forward to helping local families care for their beloved animals.
